Sheboftek (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Daily Hype mobile application and the website at getdailyhype.app (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. It applies to all users of the Service worldwide.

アカウントを作成するか、サービスを使用することにより、このポリシーに記載されている慣行に同意したものとみなされます。同意できない場合は、サービスを使用しないでください。

当社は、サービスの提供、パーソナライズ、改善に必要な情報のみを収集します。

2.3 使用状況データ (自動生成)

• 閲覧されたドロップとあなたが割り当てた評価 (ヒット、ミッド、ミス)
• マイクロアクションが完了しました
• 記録した連勝数と毎日の勝利エントリ
• パックの登録と日々の進捗状況

2.4 デバイスと技術データ

• デバイスのモデルとオペレーティング システムのバージョン
• アプリのバージョン識別子
• IP アドレス (当社のホスティング インフラストラクチャによって自動的に収集され、当社によって長期保存されることはありません)

2.5 当社が収集しない情報

• 当社は、Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) や広告識別子を収集しません。
• 正確な位置データは収集しません
• 連絡先、写真、健康データは収集しません
• アプリ外のコンテンツを読んだりアクセスしたりすることはありません

当社は上記の情報を次の目的で使用します。

• サービスの提供 — authenticate your account, sync your data across devices, and deliver daily drops
• コンテンツをパーソナライズする — send your selected topics and tone to our AI provider to generate motivational drops tailored to you
• 進捗状況を追跡する — maintain streaks, win history, and pack completion so you can see your growth
• 通知を配信する — send scheduled motivational reminders at times you choose
• 支払いの処理 — facilitate subscription purchases and free trials through Apple’s App Store billing
• サービスの向上 — understand aggregate usage patterns (e.g., which topics are most popular) to refine the experience

Daily Hype uses the Google Gemini API (paid tier) to generate personalized motivational content. This section explains exactly how that works.

4.1 Google に送信するもの

各コンテンツ生成リクエストには以下のみが含まれます。

• Your selected topic(s) (e.g., “Focus,” “Morning Routine”)
• Your chosen voice tone (e.g., “Coach”)

私たちは決して送信しません your name, email address, device identifiers, IP address, or any other personally identifiable information to Google’s Gemini API. The request is stateless: it contains no user ID or session context that could link the prompt to your identity.

4.2 Google によるデータの処理方法

We use the 有料枠 of the Google Gemini API. Under Google’s Gemini API 追加利用規約:

• Google does not use prompts or responses to train or improve its models
• Google does not have human reviewers read prompts or responses

4.3 フォールバックコンテンツ

We share data only with service providers that act on our behalf (“data processors”) and are contractually obligated to protect your information at least as well as this policy describes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

5.3 Appleサインイン（認証）

• 受信したデータ: An identity token containing your name and email (or a private relay email if you choose “Hide My Email”)
• 目的： Verify your identity and create your account

5.4 Googleサインイン（認証）

• 受信したデータ: An OAuth identity token containing your name and email
• 目的： Verify your identity and create your account

5.5 Apple StoreKit (支払い)

• 受信したデータ: Apple manages all payment and billing information directly; we receive only a transaction receipt confirming your subscription status
• 目的： Process subscription purchases and verify entitlements

当社は、他のサードパーティ SDK、分析プラットフォーム、クラッシュ報告サービス、広告ネットワークを統合しません。

Daily Hype はあなたを追跡しません。

• We do not collect the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA)
• We do not use App Tracking Transparency (ATT) because there is nothing to track
• We do not display advertisements of any kind
• We do not use any third-party analytics SDK (no Firebase Analytics, no Amplitude, no Mixpanel, no Google Analytics, or similar)
• We do not share data with advertising networks or data brokers
• We do not build user profiles for cross-app or cross-site targeting

The App’s PrivacyInfo.xcプライバシー manifest declares NSプライバシー追跡 as false and lists zero tracking domains. The only API reason declared is UserDefaults access for storing local preferences on your device.

Your account data is stored on スーパーベース infrastructure (hosted on AWS in the United States). All data is protected by:

• 転送中の暗号化: All communications between the App and our servers use TLS/HTTPS

• 行レベルのセキュリティ (RLS): Database policies ensure every query is scoped to your authenticated user ID — you can only access your own data

• 支払記録 — Apple retains your purchase history; we store only your subscription entitlement status

The following may not be deleted because they are managed by third parties:

注記： Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

Daily Hype is rated 17+ on the App Store and is not intended for, marketed to, or designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 17.

• Google’s Gemini API Terms of Service, which require that users of applications powered by the Gemini API be at least 18 years old (or the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction)

Your data may be processed in the United States (where our Supabase infrastructure is hosted) and transiently by Google’s servers (for AI content generation). If you are located outside the United States, your data is transferred subject to appropriate safeguards, including:
